TERMS OF SERVICE

  • Personalized sessions are solely for the purpose of aiding clients in achieving their defined goals in order to improve or enhance their mental well-being. They are not offered as a substitute for clinical mental health care and are not intended to treat or cure any mental health conditions.
  • Unless otherwise arranged, payment in full is due 48 hours prior to the 1st session.
  • The Emotion Spa does not offer a payment plan.
  • There is no refund for sessions.
  • The provider is able, at any time, to cancel the remainder of sessions and refund payment. (Grounds for termination include, but are not limited to, repeated missed sessions, the triggering of intense traumatic issues, or inappropriate remarks or language.)
  • Partial package transfers to a third party will not be honored.
  • Any rescheduling must be done via text at least 24 hours in advance, and made up within one week of the originally scheduled date.
  • Any audio or video recording of sessions, as well as any live feed to an individual or social media platform, is prohibited.
  • All services provided by The Emotion Spa are offered in good faith and for the general purposes of relaxation and reconnection to inner strength. In providing them, Dr. Laura Martocci is not acting as a medical professional.


I understand that any Emotion Spa treatments I undertake are at my own risk, and neither Dr. Laura Martocci, The Emotion Spa LLC, or any technological platform are responsible for damages I might claim in connection to my voluntary participation in them.
